Rates & Amenities
Summer arrival time is 2:00 pm on Saturday. Departure time is 10:00 am
on Saturday. Spring, Fall and Winter times are more flexible.
A $100 deposit will hold your booking and we ask for a $250 security
deposit on weekly rentals ($150 on weekend rentals) which gets refunded
within 5 days of your departure. For summer rentals, an additional 40% of the total rental amount must be paid by May 1 (see Stoney Lake Vista
Rental Application). The balance must be paid by cash or certified cheque
upon your arrival. Our agreement spells out all the terms and conditions.
Most people leave the cottage very clean and tidy but we still
need several hours to make sure everything is done. Please
respect the check-in and -out times. If, after your departure,
the cottage requires more than the usual housekeeping,
a cleaning fee will be deducted from your security deposit.
However, most renters leave the cottage pretty much as
they find it.

have your signed agreement and deposit.
